We're pretty chuffed that you'd like to spend some of your workng life making Magazone Espresso great—as an employee or a supplier. Before we hook up though, there's a bunch of things we'd love you to know about who we are, what we do and how we work. Bear in mind: we're still figuring out how all this works!

BIG DEAL #1 COFFEE:
Our coffee must be consistently excellent. Not compared to nearby alternatives, but objectively excellent. If we’re not making truly great coffee, the other stuff won’t stack up. This means being functionally obsessive, continually improving and hungry for knowledge about our main game.

BIG DEAL #2 COMMUNITY:
We operate amongst a group of businesses and are surrounded by around 500 folk who work nearby. They’re our ‘hood and our part in their world is a big deal. Magazine is a third place around these parts and we want it to be a good one!

BIG DEAL #3 CONTEXT:
The foundation of our context is our faith. It’s not broadcast with a megaphone, but it’s not hidden under a bucket either. It’s implicit in our tone, our written communication and the way we treat each other. You don’t have to be a follower of Jesus to work at Magazine, but you do need to understand that it’s owned by people who do and it’s the context of our lives.
